That looks like fun 👏😆 • @ilyakhazov.strongman Working on some technique for the truck pull event. Idea courtesy of @clint_darden , being able to break up the event into smaller separate parts that I can practice more often without getting taxed doing the whole thing

Pretend the sled is a real truck, I’ve even included a useful layover to make it look the part too 😂 adding it with the @spudincstraps harness helped imagine what the restriction of the harness might feel like on the shoulders when doing the actual event.

💪🗜️💪• @thompsonbowtie Testing is almost complete with these things. Before l get too excited about this, we have been testing them for over two years. We do not like to make something and just assume it will be okay.
The ‘Bowtie Vice’ is nearly twice the compression. This product works just wearing it to sit around. The extreme rigid compression relocates humeral heads center socket. We call that forced compliance!
Biceps tendons & posterior delt/upperback shoulder muscles are no longer in a state of tonicity(over stretched)!
