Amy Bernal (AIMZ) is the Nutrition Warehouse Manager. You can catch her working the front desk at Spud, Inc. gym. She is the youngest of 5 & she relocated from Reno, Nevada to Columbia, SC in October 2020. She currently has a personal training certification through ACE and enjoys training a variety of clients. She enjoys educating people on overall health and wellness as well as lifting heavy sh*t!
Amy is a dog momma of 2 beautiful pit bulls. Leo is 1 and Abel is 10. They are her rock through any and every situation life throws at her.
Amy enjoys the little things in life by traveling and being a wanderer at heart. For her, there is nothing better than adventure, laughter, and tattoos!
