What’s up guys, I’m Bonnie Schroeder and I’m so excited to introduce you to the CHEST UP PAD!
If you’re someone who experiences any type of discomfort or sensitivity during chest supported exercises, this product is about to be a game changer for you.

Let me quickly tell you a little bit about myself and why I was so excited to create the Chest Up Pad.

I’m a powerlifting athlete/coach with an extensive background in athletics that also includes track & field, bodybuilding and crossfit. Strength training has been such an integral part of my life for the past decade that I’m not the person I am today without it. The confidence and empowerment that comes with strength training are unparalleled and I love helping people discover their own capabilities.

And like all passions, training doesn’t come without its occasional moment of frustration.

My personal issue was always experiencing some type of sensitivity with chest supported exercises and I would end up just avoiding them most of the time because there was really no other solution.

In May of 2021 I had a preventative mastectomy and reconstruction which led to even MORE discomfort during these movements and had to abandon those exercises all together.

After a few months of frustration I finally came up with a beautifully simple solution.
