The PJ 'n the "40" strap was a happy accident. Spud put in an order for a 40" cable but instead got this 40" strap with handles on each end like our Upper Body Strap. It turned out to be the perfect length for a basic utility strap for triceps pushdowns, face pulls, rows, upright rows....basically anything you can think of. "I bought this strap for my sled in 2008, nearly 20 years ago. It is just as solid now as it was new. I literally did use it once to pull an elderly lady out of a ditch. It never blinked. Mine are the original yellow and I have used it on countless sled pulls, for stretching, pulling, spotting. You will never wear them out with normal use."
