From mini to strong, from rehab to PR, Spud, Inc. bands have got your back. This band measures 1/4″ wide, 4.5 mm thick and 41″ in length. It offers resistance from 2-15 lbs. This band provides our lowest level of resistance and is great for mobility work. This band should not be used as a pull up resistance band but rather for light mobility work as well as rehab and prehab. *Bands sold individually. Select PAIR if you would like two.

"Strong, extremely elastic and resistant to wear and tear. These bands last longer than other bands especially in a garage gym. They are more resistant to dry rotting than other top brands and Amazon knock offs. Spend a little more and save a lot over time."
