The best long ab strap avalable FULL STOP
"This is the best Long Ab Strap Spud makes and it's not even close! I dont ever intend to use it for sled work like the description states and I'm still giving it a 5 star rating. The wide thick straps make this the most comfortable strap in my home gym. I use it for ab pull downs, face pulls, triceps work, etc. and it's always the best choice. The massive included triangle loop is likely GOATed for sled work as it's indestructible and allows the strap to slide freely threw, but I dont use it because of my use case. I do use one of Spuds 1/2 inch traditional carabiners, and that keeps the strap in place to use as a long ab strap. This thing has to be a 5 out of 5 star sled strap, but it's also the best long ab strap on the market."
