Good for a max out session
"I went with XL after measuring my knee and subtracting 4 for a snug fit, I couldn't get this size over my calf, I exchanged it for a 2XL and it does goes over my knee now! Spud says in his second video to size up from the measurement you get as well. They aren't comfortable and basically act as spring for you in your squats, like he says, for a max out session."
