"As a shorter guy at 5ft 7 I was worried the long strap would be too long but it’s actually perfect. Tested this up to 150 and it’s built like you would expect from spud. Having the weights slightly further from your hands is an added challenge along with a strap style swing. Only thing I would change is making the handle half an inch longer so 2 hands fit comfortably"
