"Great item for isolating the hamstrings. It is better that the machine that I had been utilizing. The only issue that i have with it is that there should be longer velcro straps to fit over your shoes. I have had to use this item in my socks in order to properly secure the item to my foot. Absent this issue, I think that it does a great job of isolating the hamstrings."
"I’ve mostly used it for prone cable leg curls, I’ve played with it a bit. It’s an awkward movement for me. I’m used to doing them on a prone machine. It’s taking time to get accustomed to the movement."

"The Hamstinger Deluxe is the best Hamstring cable attachment I have ever used. It feels like Hamstring isolation is the hardest thing to do in a home gym without machines, but this thing totally fills in that gap if you have a high and low cable. It's kind of a one trick pony, but it's exactly the one my home gym needed. It fits comfortably on my big feet, but it's close to the smallest setting the Velcro goes. If you have small feet, you will likely only be able to use this with shoes on. Another user said it worked well for them turned around for quad work, and it does indeed work this way, but it feels more like a hack than a perfect fit. I cant adjust it well enough to make this fit the front and back of my foot at the same time. That said, it's still a pretty nice bonus feature that some users will get a lot of utility out of."
"Fits perfectly around the foot and allows for vastly superior hamstring curls on any cable machine with a low pulley. I found that standing on a plate and letting my working leg hang down gave even more range, and have experimented with putting my quad against a rack mounted roller for more stability, as well as lying down on a bench and on the floor.
