"Own many a Spud Strap and this bad boy is the Swiss army k-nife of them all! The “one ring” as it were. Just today I clipped it to my plate loaded pulldown/low row station and tested out a belt squat/good mornin/Anderson franken movement for the WIN! Have used for a Romanian and its intended use as well and overall it’s just a superb piece of training equipment 💪👍"
