Deadlift Harness

The Deadlift harness is a great way to keep getting stronger through an upper body injury that won't allow for traditional deadlifts! The Deadlift harness is a great way to keep getting stronger through an upper body injury that won't allow for traditional deadlifts! Using the Deadlift Harness takes the grip 100% out of the lift so you can deadlift with biceps strains, forearm injuries, or shoulder strains that bug during the pull. Use the Deadlift Harness for conventional deads, sumo deads, and even good mornings. The Deadlift Harness works on any bar and even most belt squat machines! Even if your not broken this harness is a great way to change up your accessory work.

Fantastic tool for injuries and with out.

"Game Changer! As with many here, tore my left distal tendon in November. Been training right side, but its going to be a few months before I'm able to pull at 100% with both hands. Deadlift harness is a fantastic tool to keep me going now."

Kept Me In The Game

"I had elbow issues which ultimately led to surgery. With future competition plans I can’t take substantial time off. Insert the deadlift harness. Life saver. This is allowing me to lift while taking the proper time to recover from surgery. I would also say it’s a little harder than normal deadlift. I actually like that vs it making it easier. It’s comfortable enough even under heavy load. Thank you for coming out with something like this for us hardcore people that don’t want to give up lifting heavy."

Deadlift through bicep tear

"Tore my bicep while deadlifting 735lbs. Had surgery to reattach my bicep. The deadlift strap allowed me to continue training through the whole process. 100% recommend for anyone still needing to train while not having use of one arm"

Game changer!

"Tore my distal biceps tendon 4 months ago and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to train again for months this made deadlifts possible until I fully heal"

Awesome

"Needed after a bicep tendon rupture, allowed me to maintain strength while rehabbing. Can be used with single arm or no arms. It works so well that I will be looking for ways to continue using it as an accessory lift even after I complete rehab."

Saved me during surgery!!!

"I recently tore my pec and needed surgery. As a competitive powerlifter, I desperately needed to find a way to keep training and didn’t want to lose a lot from my deadlift. The harness has allowed me to to continue training until I’m able to successfully and safely grab onto a barbell again. This thing ROCKS!"

LOVE THIS DEADLIFT HARNESS

"I Have to say I was skeptical when I bought this harness, but I have lost my grip and with my carpal tunnel wearing hooks which I loved left my wrists aching for days after. I purchased the harness as a last resort to continue deadlifting. It has allowed me to again deadlift and increase the weight I can lift without causing pain to my hands abd wrists."

Works impressively well

"I ordered one of these due to a bicep injury which was preventing me from doing deadlifts. I've never been disappointed in the quality of a Spud Inc product so after researching all my options I ordered this one. I did contact Spud inc because the website only has small, large, extra large, and 2XL. I assumed I would need a medium. Turns out Spud likes pizza parlor sizing and there's no medium. I ordered a small, recommended for up to 185 lbs. I am 5'9, 168 lbs, and it was tight across my shoulders. Spud Inc was great about exchanging it for a large which fits comfortably. Off topic, when I ordered the size recommendations weren't on the website, but they are now. The bottom line is this works really well. On trap bar deadlifts it's a little tricky to get the balance front to back, but I can still use the strap for most of the weight and use my arms to keep the bar balanced. That doesn't bother my bicep. You'll want to find an online video to see how to attach this, but that's easy with YouTube. I can't imagine trying to use a single strap across my shoulders which I saw Larry Wheels do while using some other company's product. It was basically a tow strap across his shoulders. Pretty lame, sorry, but this is better. Five stars except, well, S, M, L, XL would make a lot more sense and it would be nice if you had a paper with instructions on how the straps go included."
