"I am recovering from shoulder pain and doing some overhead lifting. This fixes my posture good enough to keep me away from shoulder pain. I will not recommend this to wear for long hours, especially never in your sleep because it is too strong. It’s great for acquiring good posture for training"
"The bowtie is a good tool if you have anterior shoulder pain and looking for a way to help with your recovery. Wearing the casual bowtie on a daily basis has allowed me to get back to pressing and pulling movements. This is product that would encourage anyone to have to last longer in the lifting game.
