The Bench Bow is the latest Spud Inc equipment addition making pressing fun again allowing the body to transcend the trappings of a an ordinary bench.

Bench what you used to consider insane in the membrane and take strength to a new level while providing support to the shoulders, chest and upper body in general. It’s along way from the supportive gear Spud grew up with but that was the tops in his heyday.

Times change and gear does too. A far whiney cry from having to have multiple people help you put your bench shirt on. The Spud Inc Bench Bow slides on in a couple seconds and off you go into the benching stratosphere.

 Train wisely but optimistically with the Bench Bow as you learn how to handle heavier weights  in training and upping the capacity of  your central nervous system. You can improve your speed , technique and overall raw strength over time and obviously feeling confident will improve your mental approach to training as well.
