Another amazing product from Spud Inc

"I used to use the rope attachment and I would have to use my gripaz to hold the attachment do my grip wouldn't give out. Now there is no grip to worry about. The stitching and material could be used as a tow strap in a pinch. Without Spud Inc I would not be able to train. That may sound like hyperbole but their products have helped me get back to full training. Their bow tie has made my shoulders functional again. Before I purchased it I had pain, impingement and my posture was bad. The bow tie along with their other products have been life changing for me. 1000$ recommend any and all of the products they offer."

One of the most used pieces of gear in my gym

"I absolutely love Spuds Long Abdominal Strap. This is my favorite triceps strap, face pull strap, and my favorite ab strap. I reach for the long strap every time I can make an excuse to. The material is strong and luxurious, and the extra length lets me use every last bit of range of motion my joints can take advantage of. I really cant say enough good things about this strap!"

Great For Westside Standing Band Crunches

"Standing Band Crunches as popularized by Westside Barbell are one of the best ab exercises. Problem was when holding the band my wrists would hurt. This Long Ab Strap solves this problem, sets are smooth. The strap is so heavy duty it’ll probably be around when I’m dead."
