"I used to use the traditional "wrap around" style wrist wraps. IMO, they take too long and the Velcro is constantly grabbing onto my clothing and other gear. These are quick to slide on and cinch up for maximum support and easily release between sets. Thumb loops? Who needs them? What else is there to say about Spud Inc products?? My Choker wrist wraps are robust and indestructible."
"Much better than what you could buy at the sports store or Walmart and they tighten down to where you want them. I got the large and they fit fine for me I am a male at about 240lbs. I think you could lift more with the kind of wrap you put around the bar but this is less hassle, I believe and provides support for your wrists for every exercise not just barbell exercises."
