"Well made heavy duty material. But the issue is I did return mine and yes I tried size S. /M. I’m more in between size. M yes easer to remove but feeling not doing the job right and size S. Is easy to wear but it’s a trap to remove if your alone and no one around to help to remove it."

"I picked up the Formal Spud Inc Bowtie after an accident left my shoulders and posture pretty messed up. It’s made a huge difference. As soon as I put it on, it pulls my shoulders back and takes a lot of pressure off my neck and upper back. It’s stiff enough to give real support but still comfortable. I use it before workouts and sometimes even while I’m working — I’m in construction, and it helps me stay loose and upright during long days.
