3.1 What shipping methods are offered?
The United States Post Office will be the preferred shipping method for all orders. If you prefer UPS or Fedex please call to make an order over the phone and specify that you would like to choose one of these carriers as your shipping method. Please note that changing to either UPS or Fedex can delay your order delivery time. Any order that is too large to fit inside USPS packaging will automatically default to being sent via Fed-Ex ground.
Other shipping methods are available such as UPS Next-Day or Two/Three-Day delivery, UPS Global/International delivery, Fed-Ex 2-day, Fed-Ex Express saver, or Fed-Ex Overnight. You pay shipping costs for these methods, which are based on the weight and destination. Simply enter your order online and you will be presented with all shipping options that we can do so you can choose between price and speed of delivery. By indicating a special delivery method, you are giving us authorization to charge you for this service. Please be aware that orders placed after 12:00 noon EST (9:00 am PST) will usually go out the following business day.
