THOMPSON FAT MAT

This Limited edition FAT MAT is identical to a standard AbMat® except the width is substantially larger to fit perfectly onto one of Donnie Thompson’s FAT PAD bench cushions. Many powerlifters have used AbMats to fill the natural arch created by their spine while bench pressing or floor pressing. This mat offers the same support but wider to take advantage of the shoulder stability received from a Thompson FAT PAD.
