Training and writing a basic program for yourself If you have been around lifting for any time you eventually figure out something on how to write a program or maybe you think it is overwhelming. Well it is not. Getting good at it is tough, but again it is not as hard as it sounds. As much as I get asked how to get bigger ,stronger and all the usual questions, I thought maybe I would throw out some easy steps to get it started writing the basics.
