Perfect for tricep work and we also tested it out for lat rows to get that extra range of motion and squeeze. Can also see these being used for biceps and face pulls. The thick handles can be grabbed through the inside like I have in these pics but you can also grab the entire bottom end (outside) for a fat grip to help with forearm and grip development.
